Hi, I have a HP ENVY 6010 and E6 keeps flashing and won’t print. I printed something, then I cancelled it and all of a sudden it keeps getting jammed. I take out the jammed paper and the paper has holes in them etc. How do I fix it, I don’t know what is happening!

I understand your HP ENVY 6010 is showing an E6 error and won’t print, with paper getting jammed and damaged. Let’s go through a few steps to check what could be causing this.
Turn Off & Unplug Printer
Power off the printer and unplug it from the wall.
Wait 60 seconds before plugging it back in.
Check for Paper Jams
Open all access doors (input tray, output tray, and cartridge access area).
Carefully remove any torn or jammed paper.
Make sure no scraps are left inside, as even small bits can trigger E6.
Check Paper Type & Alignment
Use plain, undamaged paper that meets printer specifications.
Make sure paper is loaded evenly and not overfilled in the tray.
Check Ink Cartridges
Remove and reinstall both cartridges.
Make sure they click into place and no protective tape remains.
Wipe the contacts gently with a lint-free cloth if needed.
Inspect Rollers & Paper Path
Check the rollers for dirt, dust, or misalignment.
Clean rollers gently with a damp lint-free cloth.
Make sure the rollers spin freely and the paper path is clear.
Perform Printer Reset
Turn off the printer → unplug → wait 60 seconds → plug in → turn on.
This can clear temporary errors after jams.
Test Printing
Load new, plain paper and try printing a test page.
I hope this helps.
