Getting a 99.05.00 error tried downloading both 4 and 5 versions. am able to get to the menus and when printing any report or error log they come out full black page. The message center has 2 messages 1 Internal disk not functional and 99.05.00 upgrade error.  Entered service mode under service tools entered diagnostics and there is a msok test when running that it shows "fail". I am leaning towards replacing the main board. Any suggestions
