Bonjour à tous,

Nous avons une imprimante dans nos bureaux 

HP Officejet Pro X476dw MFP qui un matin à l'allumage nous à fait un écran bleu avec comme message "B886BB4C"

Depuis ce jour impossible de faire quoi que ce soit.

N° de série: [Personal Information Removed]

Si quelqu'un c'est quoi faire pour y remédier je suis preneur.

 Hi All,

 

We have a printer in our office

HP Officejet Pro X476dw MFP

which one morning when we turned it on gave us a blue screen with the message "B886BB4C"

Since that day it has been impossible to do anything.

Serial number: [Personal Information Removed]

If anyone knows what to do to fix it,

I'm interested.
