Envy 7155
iOS

I have a brand new HP Envy 7155. Out of the box it’s been reading 5x7 photo paper, when I have loaded 4x6 paper. If I don’t catch pictures are printed wrong. It continues to default to 5x7 paper after each print job. I am mostly printing from my Apple Iphone 11. It’s so irritating. Is there a way to default the photo paper tray to 4x6? Is there a reason it continues to read 5x7 paper when 4x6 paper is loaded, like is it defective? I’m not sure I understand the problem or how to fix it. I bought it from Best Buy so I’m outside the return window. I called HP Support and wasted an hour with a tech who told me I had to call another support line for phones, which frustrated me.

@Jenj41, Welcome to HP Support Community!

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Forum's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
