Not recognizing either cartridge and not recognizing them one at a time to make copies. NO RECOGNITION I see multiple issues shared in the community for brand new printers and set up issues. How are new printers STILL being sent out with cartridge issues for at least more than six months? Tried one at a time copying, restart and reset, cleaned the contacts (all of which I did on my own already) .... did remote updates and nothing. Now I am told to wait a week for new cartridges ... hope that solves the issue.
Maybe someone can send me the bypass process in the interim so I can see if that works? Waiting another week for a new device?
