ENVY7855 printer. Print Quality Diagnostic report is excellent but when I try to print a 4x6 photo about 1 inch prints then it stops and the error "Remove and reinsert the indicated cartridge (color), making sure it is correctly installed". I do this, repeat the Print Quality Diagnostic Report (excellent again), try to print again and same results. Everything was working fine until I ran out of ink in the color cartridge and replaced it with a new fresh out of the package cartridge. I have run the "Print Doctor" diagnostics and it shows empty Color Cartridge, but printer diagnostic is excellent.
