Impressora X57945 flow colorida, com erro quando vai imprirmi em apartir de 7 folhas, e quando usa o scaner da o mesmo erro, e reiniciar a impressora, a mesmoa tem um mês de instalada.

Tela de erro sumbliada de vermelho, ERRO 49.2F.FF

Já atualizei fiermeware, em duas versões, e não resolveu.
