HP Recommended
OfficeJet 4650
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have the same issue as documented in this thread  https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printing-Errors-or-Lights-Stuck-Print-Jobs/OfficeJet-4657-ERROR-0XB87B...

I have done several cord-out power resets, made sure the firmware is up to date, and downloaded and attempted to run two different versions of the HP Print and Scan Doctor  (both the version in the linked thread, and the version recommended for my specific device.    I can only connect the Doctor via USB cable since the device won't connect to Wi-Fi, and the Doctor finds no issues - until the device freezes and becomes non-responsive, at which time the Doctor can't connect even via USB.

The unit continues to freeze - sometimes displaying the error code, sometimes just totally non-responsive.  I can operate it after power-cord out resets but only via USB and only for a short time before it freezes with or without the code.

What are additional steps to take here?

Thanks.
