ERROR CODE 0X011A17FF DOT11_PRIVATE

Bonjour,

Au bout de 30 mn sans utilisation, mon imprimante HP ENVY 4527 indique ERREUR CODE 0X011A17FF DOT11_PRIVATE.

J'ai la bonne version du micro logiciel et j'ai passé scan doctor et j'ai suivi les instructions pour enlever les cartouches et relancer mais ca ne fonctionne pas, KO. Le message "ERREUR CODE 0X011A17FF DOT11_PRIVATE." persiste et je dois appuyer à nouveau sur le bouton On / OFF pour que le message disparaisse.

Je suis inscrit à HP Instant Ink.

After 30 minutes without use, my HP ENVY 4527 printer indicates ERROR CODE 0X011A17FF DOT11_PRIVATE.

I have the correct firmware version and passed scan doctor and followed the instructions to remove the cartridges and restart but it doesn't work, KO. The message "ERROR CODE 0X011A17FF DOT11_PRIVATE." persists and I have to press the On / OFF button again for the message to go away.

I am registered with HP Instant Ink.
