Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Receiving the ERROR CODE 0X83C0002A and NOS_LOADER_APP. 

Cartridges do not move to centre when the door is opened. I have tried all the trouble shooting strategies listed in other similar posts. 

Removing power cord, waiting 60 seconds, etc. 

Every time I turn the printer back on the same error code comes up. 

Hoping that I don't need to purchase a new printer as this one has JUST come out of warranty and is used minimally.

@lajen_27, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I understand you are not able to print as the print carriage is not moving. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue.

Make sure there are no papers/foreign objects jammed inside the printer. You may refer to the steps from this document.

 

If the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware issue. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
