@GORDON2517, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The error code 0xB8025F92 typically indicates a problem with your HP OfficeJet 4630 printer's connection to the Windows 11 system or an issue with the printer software or drivers.

Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the error:

Restart the Printer and PC

  • Turn off your printer and your computer, wait a few moments, then power them back on.
  • This can sometimes clear temporary issues causing the error.

Run the HP Print and Scan Doctor

Update Printer Drivers

  • Go to Device Manager on your computer, locate your printer under "Printers" or "Imaging Devices."
  • Right-click the printer and select Update driver. You can either search automatically for updated drivers or manually download the latest driver from the HP support page.

Reinstall Printer Software

  • Uninstall the HP printer software from your computer.
  • Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features, find the HP OfficeJet 4630, and uninstall it.
  • Then, reinstall the latest drivers and software from the HP support page.

Check Printer Connection

  • If your printer is connected via Wi-Fi, ensure that both the printer and the computer are on the same network.
  • If connected via USB, try using a different USB port or cable.

Check for Windows Updates

  • Ensure that your Windows 11 system is fully updated. Sometimes, updates fix compatibility issues with devices like printers.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
