I get ERROR CODE 0x83C0000A NOS_LOADER_APP on my Envy 4502 always even when plugging in power and trying to power off/on. Also it is not seen on Windows when plugged into USB port.
Printer cartridges do not move on power up or reset.
Is there a way to hardware reset the printer to factory defaults?
No matter what buttons I press the error just stays on and comes back when pressing the power button.
