Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just trying to fix the problem with the scan feeder. It is not working at the moment and getting a message on the printer,

 

Communication Failure

An internal communication failure has occurred in the Scanner Subsystem. Contact support.

Note: you can continue to print and receive faxes.

 

Event Code: 31.01.47
