I'm trying to print photos. The editing options are greyed out when I try to print.

Are you able to print regular documents fine?

Which application are you trying to print photos from?

Did you make any changes to the printer or the computer recently?

 

Refer to this document HP Printers - Print Settings Guide (Mac) for help.

I'm asking this question for a friend, so I plan on visiting him soon and checking his printer options-- I'll let you know if I'm successful in helping him.
