Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Have ink tank type 315 printer. It encoder strip is damaged.how can buy it?

Encoder strip is not a customer replaceable part. 

 

In this scenario, I would personally suggest you contact our HP support team to get the printer service or possible upgrade options.
