I have replaced the ink with the new insta ink kit I received. However the envelope with the droplet keeps blinking and the information button (i) remains solid orange. Every time I send to print I have to press the Resume button and I don't know why this is happening. I went to my insta ink account and the billing is up to date, but it says that it cannot connect to the printer. I have power cycled the printer but nothing seems to help.
