Hello, 

The envelope with the droplet icon keeps blinking and the information button  (i) remains solid orange. Every time I send to print I have to press the Resume button and I don't know why this is happening. I went to my insta ink account and the billing is up to date, but it says that it cannot connect to the printer. I have power cycled the printer but nothing seems to help. I also cannot print in colour from my HP smart 

App on my phone. Can some one please help me.?
