I have an HP Office Jet Pro 9025. The tray that holds my envelopes (the upper tray - Tray 2) got stuck one day. I got mad and yanked it out. Ever since then, my envelopes will not print correctly. Sometimes, the address prints in the right place; other times, it prints in the entirely wrong place; other times, half of the address makes it onto the envelope and half does not; and other times, no address prints at all. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening and how to fix it? The printing from the lower tray (Tray 1) as not affected.
