Product: Envoy 5660
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have gone through all the solutions steps offered up but as soon as I turn the printer back on the error comes back up.  The tray moves back and forth freely. As soon as the printer, the tray bounces to the rear of the paper tray then back into its original position and shows the error again.

 

Occurs whether or not the output tray is replace or not
