When I try to print a page with my Envy 4500, the documents get stuck in a queue and won't print. Thinking the issue was a low toner cartridge, I replaced the cartridge and was able to print an alignment page and copy it with no problem. I turned off my printer and PC and rebooted everything. When I was back up, I confirmed that my PC and printer were connected, cleared out the old documents that were stuck in the printing queue and started fresh, but I'm getting the message "Ready: 2 documents waiting" and it never prints. I used the HP Smart app to troubleshoot and was told that no issues could be found. HELP!
