Envy 5000 All-In-One-Printer not printing

Hello. I am attempting to use my Envy 500 All In One Printer to print from my email, however it will not print in either black and white nor color. However it will print the logo on the email but not the body of the email, i.e. the readable print parts. Both ink cartridges are full. I did try uninstalling and reinstalling the apps/drives. I ran both cartridge cleaning and alignment and also tried both USB and WiFi, yet I still cannot print. I have had this printer for over 1 year and have printed in the past, but am now having problems. Any help would be greatly appreciated. P.S. I am not very computer savvy , so I do apologize is any of this sounds too amateurish. Thank you.

Does this happen with all email addresses? You can try a different web browser and check.
