macOS 10.13 High Sierra

All prints are unreadable I use genuine hp cartridges and correct paper

i have done head clean and supply levels are good

it only prints part of text and this faded and blurred 

both bw and colour are same problem
I found a previous alignment page to test and the result said ok

Please what is wrong with this printer

  • Which application are you trying to print from?
  • Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?

 

Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue - Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues.

 

Try making a standalone copy and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

 

Update the printer firmware

Click here to download and install the latest firmware from your MAC.

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

 

If the issue persists, this could be a hardware issue. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
