Envy 5070
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought an Envy 5070 in November 2020 and have an Error Code OXC4EB8004 problem.  When the printer is plugged in, the error comes up and all lights blink.  I have tried the suggested unplugging and resetting advice on the HP site but nothing stops the error from appearing right after power is turned on.  I am so frustrated because I can't find a telephone number to talk to a service agent and possibly get a replacement printer since it is still under warranty.  I am an IT tech and help so many others with their software, hardware and networking issues.  I have advised at least 20 clients in the last year into buying HP printers, but no more.  HP printers have been such a let down for my clients in the last year that I won't suggest buying HP printers anymore!  Between the Smart HP APP and printer problems... I'm done.  I would like to get this printer replaced or fixed and then move on.  Any advise or help with a number I can call for an actual HP agent would be much appreciated (can't find one on the HP site, tired trying).  So disappointed!
