After I update the instant Ink statue, the printer won't print any more. It just stays at "Printing..." status forever. To make it work again, I have to reset it to factory status and delete this printer from my Mac and prevent it from updating instant Ink ever again. Please help, it bothers me.

Hello,
Thank you for your reply!
I deleted the printer from my Mac and then reinstalled it and reset the printer to factory state and then updated the software on it... I repeated this process several times now it is working.
