Product: Envy 5544

Printer was fine but suddenly started producing blank pages whether printing or copying. It sounds fine and even waits for the print to dry before turning to print double sided....but still blank! Ink levels are ok, cartridges are HP. Have run alignment, head cleaning etc and removed and reloaded cartridges. No error msgs. Help would be much appreciated, thanks

Did you see any ink on the print quality diagnostic report after the cleaning?
