We are just wondering if anyone knows how to fix a problem we have with our wifi printer? It keeps saying that the door is open and will not print. We have repeatedly open and shut the door, have checked for any obstruction and have turned the wifi off then on, but cannot seem to fix this problem. It has to be something simple, but it has us stumped at the mo. Any advice will be gratefully received. Thanks

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
We have to perform a Semi Full Reset to unlock the features of the printer/Reset the password.
The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instructions to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
