I have problems with double sided printing. I need to print in booklet form, and select the 'switch on long edge' option. However, when I print the second page is always printed upside down. I have looked at the HP support, and do everything that is suggested for the automatic duplex printing (Windows) but to no avail. I have also updated the printer operating system but this didn't solve the issue. Has anyone solved this issue?

As an update to my request. I looked at the printer drivers in Windows and noticed that I had two drivers set up for the same printer. Not sure how that happened but decided to remove both in case there was any interaction. When I reloaded the printer driver and set the printer up, it finally all worked correctly. Problem now solved and printer working correctly.

Thanks for your kind reply. I had previously looked at the support documents, and so I updated the drivers etc as you kindly suggested. Unfortunately there has been no change in the problem, so I am still getting upside down printing on the second page when using duplex printing.
If you have any other suggestions I would be pleased to investigate them.
Regards
Jeff
