Hi! My printer is stuck in error E6. I already followed all the status in the many tutorials without a solution. The ink carriage is stuck on the right side and only moves manually. Is there any tutorial for this? There is no paper or debris jam.

Hi @Erica-Envy6455e,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be glad to help you!
If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, this could be a hardware issue.
You may also refer to Carriage jam or E3 error
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance

Hi! I did a couple more actions on my side (I found one discussion on how to delete all printer softwares from my computer) and repeated the steps on the printer E6 error, which cleared the error. I tried to re-set up by my own, then I finally got on the phone with an HP representative, and she did an amazing job at resetting it up after I cleared the E6 error. Thank you!
