Product: envy 7120
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have an envy 6255 printer, I changed the ink cartridge and it does not print the cyan color. I thought it was damaged and bought a new envy 7120 printer, it does not print yellow. I have followed all the steps on the site, cleaning, aligning, reinstalling

Start by running the print and scan doctor found here.

If the test results are all green check for yellow on a print out.
