@Kaz76, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your Envy 7134 printer!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
I see that your HP Envy 7134 is stuck with a blue line and one filled blue dot—definitely frustrating, especially after all the troubleshooting steps you've already tried. Let’s see if we can get it up and running again!
A few things to check:
Power Reset – You’ve already unplugged the printer, but let’s try this with a small twist:
- Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Remove any connected USB cables.
- Wait at least 2-3 minutes to allow the internal components to fully reset.
- Plug it back in and turn it on.
Check for Error Codes or Blinking Patterns – If you see any blinking lights or error messages on the printer screen, let me know—I can help decode them!
Firmware Update (if accessible) – If your printer screen responds, check if a firmware update is available. Sometimes, outdated firmware can cause unexpected issues.
Try a Hard Reset – If the printer is still unresponsive, try this:
- Press and hold the Wi-Fi and Cancel (X) buttons together for about 10 seconds, then release.
- If the printer restarts, check if it’s working normally.
If none of these help, let me know what’s happening after each step, and I’ll be happy to guide you further! 😊
Looking forward to your update!
Take care, and have an amazing day!
