Hi, I copied results from MRI and pasted to Pages. Using iPad 7th gen Os 14.1. What I see looks fine prints with the left side initial letters missing. Since it’s medical terms it is hard to read.
Ideas? Thanks.

@Spazm123, Welcome to HP Support Community!

To be able to assist you better, I would like to know the following:

  • What happens when you make photocopies on the printer?
  • Are you using the HP Smart App or the AirPrint feature?
  • Are you able to print the regular documents fine?

Keep me posted for further assistance.

I can make photo copies fine. I use AirPrint and an iPad. But I figured it out. I just needed to make bigger margins in pages.

Thanks.

The other thing is that quite often the printer pull in two sheets instead of one. I live in a high desert area and think it might be low humidity. Suggestions?
