Buyer Beware! Avoid this HP printer at all costs! It's a nightmare. Doesn't print what you select, always says its out of paper but its not, error messages and display lights blinking on & off like Christmas Lights. Don't expect help from HP, they are clueless and I know more than their tech support

For years I would brag to coworkers to buy only HP printers because years ago they were well-made and they stood behind their products but not now. I bought this lemon online from HP.com in October and I checked my warranty online and it is said it was still covered, yet when I called HP (good luck calling them if you have a problem, their call support center is crazy) I was told that it was only covered for 30 days, what??

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
