hp Envy Photo 6230
hp envy photo 6230, the last one of the shop, first set on, It stuck in loading screen with no interaction touching screen or with power buttom. No change nothing plug and unplug. It is an forcing reset FISICAL buttom or something??

For you, for me, for everyone.

Don´t even think of answer if you don´t know other solution that isn't "unplug, wait, plug", "use the power buttom" or "select reset in touching screen". That kind of answers are everywhere and for every printer.

And is STUCK, no touching screen reacts, no power buttom reacts. Only loading screen.

Please, don´t be a parrot without knowing or reading about the problem.
