Product: Envy Photo 7855

I have  Envy Photo 7855 that will not boot up. The status bar goes all the way to solid the but only the first dot under the status bar is solid. I tried unplugging power, draining power with the power button for 15 seconds, then plugging power back in. Same result each time. I'm reading that there is a hard reset option. I would like to try that, but I am using Instant Ink. Please message me instructions on how to do a hard reset and if it will affect my Instant Ink subscription.
