@RogerD75, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Red Cross and Green Arrow Indicators on HP Envy 6032e Printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

When encountering a Red Cross and Green Arrow lit on your HP Envy 6032e, it typically indicates an error with the printer that needs addressing:

Check for Paper Jam:

  • Ensure there are no paper jams in the printer. Open the paper tray and check paper path thoroughly.

Ink Cartridge Issues:

  • Confirm that the ink cartridges are properly installed. If necessary, remove and carefully reinstall them.

Printer Cover:

  • Make sure all covers and latches on the printer are securely closed.

Connection and Network:

  • Verify that the printer is properly connected to your computer and that there are no network connectivity issues. You may need to restart your router or reset the printer's network settings if it is connected wirelessly.

Reset the Printer:

  • Attempt to reset the printer to clear any transient errors. To do this, disconnect the power cord, wait for about 60 seconds, and then reconnect the power cord.

Check for Error Message:

  • If the printer’s screen or software displays an error message, follow the instructions provided to resolve the issue.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
