Product: Epson stylus sx438w
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The Epson can be seen by  my Notebook to request and complete a scan but cannot be seen when requesting a print. The error message is that the driver is unavailable.  Network checks show no obvious problems.  Please advise
