How do I erase the hard drive on a HP Officejet Pro L7590?

@mb77 Welcome to HP Community!

 

I understand that you would like to erase the hard drive.

 

 There is no removable hard drive.  By unplugging the printer you should lose the printer memory.  To be safe, you can perform a partial reset.  Unplug the power cable from the printer when the printer is powered on and wait for 20 seconds. Then, press and hold # and 3 while plugging in the power cord.
