I was in the middle of a Printing Job,  and gave me an error message 06, I have checked (10+ times) for stuck paper but nothing, in the HP Smart it says Papar Jam in Fuser but there is no paper there.

 

Can you please help me solve this issues.

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

This error indicates a paper jam, see here.

If other error codes appear, please check here.

 

Note: for very small pieces of paper, it is advisable to use a flashlight and a magnifying glass.

 

I hope you can clear the paper jam.
