Error: 0x6100004a for 6950

Initially when I start it, I normally get a paper jam message. In fact there is no paper jam.

After clicking OK, then comes another Error: 0x6100004a with all the description that there is an issue with the printer system.

 

I`ve restarted the printer many times but no difference.

Looks like the cartridge tray is stuck and its not moving at all. Normally, if we open up the lid to replace the cartridges, the tray comes in middle. Now, it is just stuck on right side and not moving at least when the lid is opened.

 

Any advise will be highly appreciated.
