I can't fix the error 0x6100004a. Already did common tips found on internet: firmware update, check and clean inks, removed jammed paper, etc.

Any other good idea that may really work?

@Kdatta1, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Error 0x6100004a!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

If you encounter a Printer Failure 0x6100004a error message on your HP OfficeJet All-in-One printer and have tried common tips such as firmware updates, checking and cleaning the ink cartridges, and removing jammed paper without success, follow these steps for further troubleshooting:

1. Make Sure the Cartridge Access Door is Closed

Open the Cartridge Access Door: Open the cartridge access door to begin.

Remove Paper Path Cover and Check for Obstructions: Remove the paper path cover and check for any torn paper, labels, or obstructions inside the printer. Remove any obstructions found.

Reinsert Paper Path Cover: Reinsert the paper path cover, ensuring it is fully inserted so it does not interfere with closing the access door.

Close the Cartridge Access Door: Close the door, making sure it is fully seated.

2. Clear the Error Message

Turn Off the Printer: Press the power button to turn off the printer.

Open the Cartridge Access Door with Printer Off: With the printer off, open the cartridge access door.

Turn On the Printer: Turn the power on and wait for the carriage to move.

Unplug the Printer While On: With the printer on, unplug the printer from the power source.

Remove Ink Cartridges: Remove the ink cartridges and set them aside. You may need to manually slide the carriage to access the cartridges.

Turn On the Printer with Access Door Open: With the access door open, turn the printer on and wait for the printer to complete its start-up sequence.

Install Ink Cartridges: Once the carriage returns to the center and the error is clear, install the ink cartridges. If the error does not clear, repeat these steps up to three times.

3. Service the Printer

If the issue persists after completing all the preceding steps, it is recommended to service or replace the printer.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
