@Raj19931, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding an error code!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Error 0x61000072 on an HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 4535 printer is typically related to a carriage jam, printhead issue, or internal hardware malfunction. Since you've already tried restarting the printer and replacing the cartridge, here are some additional troubleshooting steps you can follow:

Check for Paper Jams

  1. Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  2. Open the cartridge access door and check for any jammed paper inside the printer.
  3. If you find any jammed paper, remove it carefully.
  4. Also, check the rear access panel (if available) and remove any stuck paper.
  5. Close all panels and restart the printer.

Reset the Printer

  1. With the printer turned on, unplug the power cable from the printer and the wall socket.
  2. Wait for 60 seconds.
  3. Plug the power cable back in and turn on the printer.
  4. Check if the error persists.

Check the Cartridge Area

  1. Open the printer’s cartridge access door.
  2. Remove the ink cartridges and reinstall them properly.
  3. Ensure they click into place and are compatible with your printer model.
  4. Close the access door and check if the error is resolved.

Clean the Printhead Manually

  1. Turn off the printer and unplug it.
  2. Open the cartridge access door and gently move the printhead left and right to check for any obstruction.
  3. If possible, clean the printhead contacts with a lint-free cloth lightly dampened with distilled water.
  4. Let it dry for a few minutes and then reinsert the cartridges.
  5. Close the printer and turn it back on.

Update or Reinstall Printer Firmware

  1. Visit HP official website and check for any firmware updates for your printer.
  2. Install the latest firmware using HP Smart App or HP’s software.
  3. Restart the printer and try printing again.

I hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
