Error 0x61011bed

Hello,

I get the following error message:

There is a problem with the printer or ink system.  Turn printer off, then on.  If problem persists, contact HP. 0x61011bed

 

I have read previous posts with similar error and I have followed up the solutions provided to try to solve it, but it does not. 

I CANNOT PRINT ANYTHING at all.

 

I have checked that my printer has the up to date software.  

I have run the recommended HP diagnostics program and the printer does never print the 'Test print'.

 

I have not found any other things to test.  The error message has been prevalent for a couple of weeks, but today it the first time I cannot print anything at all.  This is stopping my work, so I really need to know if there is a solution, other than buying a new printer, which I was not planning to....

 

Please help

@CG111, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

I understand you are not able to use the printer due to this error. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - An 'Ink System Failure' or 'System Supply Problem' Error Displays

 

Make sure you are using HP ink cartridges.

 

If the error persists, I'm afraid it is a hardware issue with the printer. If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
