Printer provided error 0xc19a0020. Started HP Printer en Scan doctor and executed diagnostics. Have reset the printer (unplug and wait for 2 minutes). Again started HP Printer and Scan doctor and executed diagnostics. When wanted to print test page the same error message popped up again.

Unfortunately the printhead is non replaceable so you'll have to get the printer replaced.
The document here may apply, even if the 6820 is no longer under warranty.

Why doesn't HP have the good sense to make the print head a simple nuts and bolts replacement part that I
could buy at Staples just like ink cartridges? I do not enroll in any cartridge replacement program because they
seem to last longer than print heads. The is my second 6830 with this type of problem.

In addition to my remark on January 28 I would like to mention that I had a very positive experience with sending in the document with the complaint. Within a few days I received an e-mail with the information that a new printer was send to me. The printer arrived two days later and is working perfectly.
Probably it was a known issue because there has been no discussion about my complaint. Nevertheless it was handled very quickly by HP.
