I have the above error on my HP Color Laserjet 3600n.  Service Manaul states check connector J403, J405, J213.  All Seated correctly.  J1020 and J5008  (Solution 4 & 5) are too hard to get to.   Step 5 is to replace the developing separation drive assembly.  The website says many of the errors are as a result of a DC Motor.  I do not know where to find this motor or what to do.  Please help.  Printer has been great up until this point.  Thank you..

There printers are long out of support life which means some parts are going to be difficult to find.

Refurbed drive assembly here https://p1inmotion.com/products/hp-refurbished-rm1-2687-developer-disengagement-drive-assembly?srslt...

Quite often on older machines, the solenoids on the drive start sticking causing the errors and I would check that before actually replacing the developer drive.
