Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Error 79. I’ve tried everything and in every order. Hard power reset, on/off, rebooted our WiFi modem. Still getting the message and the printer runs constantly.

Hi,

Is the printer connected wirelessly or with an ethernet cable?

What router do you have at home? do you have a single router, or may you have any repeaters or multiple access points?

We are connected wireless with a modem provided by our internet provider. I have mad e some progress since posting. I did a search on our PC and found a fax link saved to our documents. I deleted it and the printer error message disappeared. I was finally able to print a successful test page. Does this sound familiar?
