Product: OfficeJet Pro 9018
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I keep getting the B3035DFF9 error on a blue screen. I cannot turn off the printer unless I unplug it. When I plug it back in, it restarts and I may can print a few pages before I get this error again.
