Hi, I have the HP Office Jet Pro 9015 printer and the same blue screen error several times a day. The only fix is to unplug it and plug it back in. Can I get the instructions to reset it too? Much appreciated.

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that you want to reset the printer, I am glad to assist you.

You might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
