Blue Screen Error B808D2E0 on HP Officejet Pro 9022e after having tried to print a Word document.

Flashing lights and what looks like the Power On symbol above the error message.

If i press the Power button nothin happens.

How can I restart the printer so that I can print successfully ?

In the end I removed the power cable from the back of the printer, and also unplugged the power cable. I left for about 15 mins then plugged in, reconnected cable and the printer powered up as normal. The printer now prints normally.
