I need halp to fix my printer.

I turned it on and the screen is blue and it show the error B80BD2FC

can someone help me?

I understand you are getting the error code B80BD2FC on your HP OfficeJet Pro 9016 typically indicates a firmware or hardware issue. Here are some steps you can try to resolve this issue:

1. Power Cycle the Printer

  1. Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  2. Wait for at least 60 seconds.
  3. Plug the printer back in and turn it on.

2. Reset the Printer

  1. While the printer is turned on, unplug the power cord from the back of the printer.
  2. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
  3. Wait for at least 60 seconds.
  4. Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet and then into the printer.
  5. Turn on the printer.

3. Check for Firmware Updates Update the firmware on an HP printer

  1. If the printer turns on normally, check for firmware updates. You can do this through the HP Smart app or the HP website.
  2. Follow the instructions to update the printer firmware.

4. Hard Reset

  1. Turn off the printer and unplug it.
  2. Hold down the power button for 15 seconds.
  3. Plug the printer back in and turn it on.
