Error C4EB0500

Good morning. Error C4EB0500, Tells me to turn off then on, doesn't work. Google says it's a paper jam/false jam. Unplugged it, doesn't work. Tried removing cartridges and paper tray, dusted and blew air throughout including adf and it still won't work. Will try spray can air once i find it. Had printer for 3 years, thinking it is just time to upgrade, but want to try all options to try to fix it first. Warranty ended so can't have HP fix it. Thank You for your time.

I understand you are not able to print due to this error. I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.

 

This seems like a hardware issue. Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Paper Jam Error and '0xc19a0005' or Similar Error Code Displays

 

If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. 

 

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
